Built for the patient on your table
Every lesson ends with something you can use in your office the next day: an exam procedure, a treatment strategy, or a clearer way to read what you're seeing and decide what to do about it.
It is a revolutionary program built on the latest neuroscience research, focused on clinical application rather than academic understanding alone, with protocols you can use starting with Module One and a clear approach to the common and difficult cases walking into offices today.

Every lesson ends with an exam procedure, a treatment strategy, or a clearer way to read what you are seeing. You do not wait until the end of the program to put it to work.
-
The cases walking in today.
We dig into how to work with the most common and most difficult presentations clinicians are seeing right now.
-
Skills in your hands, not your notes.
In the live modules you perform the exams and run the treatments under our supervision until you can do them on your own.

The landscape of health care today is changing. The drugs people seek to treat their illnesses are not effective and are riddled with side effects. In chiropractic we have known this since the beginning, but now the public is starting to realize they need another option.
At the same time, our understanding of the brain and nervous system is increasing exponentially. Chiropractic has always been about the health and wellbeing of the brain and nervous system, and today's science is helping to prove that.
Collective Clinical Excellence
Dr. Michael Longyear DC, DACNB, CCSP
Clinical Director at Brain Optimization Institute and a board-certified chiropractic neurologist.
Dr. Longyear’s work starts with his own case. Paralyzed by a football injury his sophomore year of high school and told he would never walk again, he used the prognosis as fuel and walked out of the hospital a month later. None of his doctors ever settled on a consistent diagnosis, so he went looking for one himself.
That search led him to Parker University, where he studied chiropractic and graduated valedictorian. He went on to study functional neurology, psychology, and functional medicine.
Before moving to Jacksonville to open the Brain Optimization Institute, he was Director of the NeuroLIFE Institute at Life University, treating complex neurological conditions other practitioners had given up on, taking part in research on concussion and depression, and designing and teaching programs for doctors around the world.
Dr. Dominic Fetterly DC, DACNB
Clinical Director of the NeuroLIFE Institute at Life University and a board-certified chiropractic neurologist.
Dr. Fetterly came to neurology through his own injury list. Multiple concussions in childhood and in sport left him with questions about brain health and function, and those questions led him into chiropractic functional neurology and neurological rehabilitation.
He grew up in Toledo, Ohio, and earned a Bachelor of Science in athletic training at the University of Toledo, working as a neurological rehabilitation technician at the University of Toledo Medical Center while he studied. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at Life University alongside training with functional neurologists and internships including the NeuroLIFE Institute, and earned his board certification through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board in 2018.
