Complete the Melillo Method TM Training courses from NYC (2023-2024) or later
Complete the Certification Exam Form by the deadline
Pay the exam fee by the deadline ($300 USD)

The exam will be given ONLINE in 3 time zones. You will pick which one is closest to you when you apply. You must have a webcam or a camera built into your laptop to take this exam.
The exam is 2 sections. The didactic section will consist of 75 multiple choice (A-D) questions with one correct answer. The cases section will be 5 cases, with 5 questions each. The questions in this section may have only 1 correct answer or could be “choose all that apply” in format, but they will be indicated in the exam.
You will be given 2 hours to complete the exam. If your require additional time for language, learning disability, etc, please indicate that on your application. These applicants will be given 3 hours to complete the exam.

Submit proof of attendance of at least eight (8) hours of continuing education each year, in the field of study of functional neurology or Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders. NOTE: Must be from an accredited University that provides you with CE Certification documentation
Submit a case study or literature review related to a client using the Melillo Method TM EACH year.
